Tactile objects created through craft and design. Located in Oslo since 2011 the studio specializes in furniture and product design.
Sverre has exhibited his work across Scandinavia and in 2011 started “Klubben”, the “Norwegian Designers Union”, with Sara Polmar and Victoria Günzler. In his personal work Sverre believes that design is about solving a desired task in the most resourceful way, thus the use of materials and techniques varying from project to project. Sverre has a background as a craftsman and studied design at Bergen National Academy of Art and Design and at Aalto University. In 2011 he was awarded 2nd place in “CREATable RESOURCES for living with a difference” arranged by Italian company Mattiussi Ecologia for a collaboration work with Astrid Elander. 2011 was also the year he started collaborating with Salvation Army's Trade for Hope project Others (former Sally Ann) specializing on the production of their wooden objects. Sverres works has been posted on numerous online magazines and blogs. 2013 has been his busiest year so far exhibiting in Oslo, Stockholm, New York, Los Angeles, Paris and London.
